We ship ANYWHERE within 24 hours of receiving your prepaid order

IN THE US:

1-4 Books
Standard Shipping is by US Priority Mail for up to 4 books.
Shipping and Handling Costs (S&H) are billed at $9.50 for a 2-pound package

By way of example, in the case of a 2-pound package consisting of:
1 copy of MONEY IN THE GROUND, or
1 copy each of MONEY IN THE GROUND and LET'S TALK AN OIL DEAL:
The actual cost incurred by Meridian Press is the Shipping Cost (actual USPS Priority Mail cost based on weight from zip code to zip code) plus Handling Cost (for labeling, packing materials and labor, and delivery to US Postal System) as billed to Meridian Press by our shippers (roughly equivalent to the Priority Mail Shipping cost).

We ship by FedEx Ground, cost is billed at 4.5% of invoice.

FedEx Overnite and 2nd DayAir are available by special arrangement.

We ship by Global Priority Mail (GPM) to countries to which GPM service is available.
